Information Regarding Flag Pole Delivery: 1. An Adult Signature is required to accept shipment. 2. All Damage or missing pieces must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of Delivery. 3. There is NO grace period for concealed damage. If the flag pole cannot be removed for inspection at time of delivery, please note possible concealed damage on the bill of lading. 4. The Flag Pole must be stored dry in the wrapping to prevent possible staining. If the flag pole cannot be stored dry, it must be removed from shipping tube, completely unwrapped and elevated off of the ground. More details regarding delivery and storage can be found here.
