Description:

Internal Halyard Cam Cleat flag poles are primarily used in applications that require a concealed rope system but without the expense or maintenance of a crank operated Internal Winch System. Such locations may experience high theft or vandalism or are left unattended for long periods of time.

The flag pole shafts are fabricated from all new seamless 6063 aluminum alloy tubing, heat treated to a T6 temper and completed with an 80 grit satin finish.

The flag poles components are manufactured from aluminum using stainless steel hardware and fasteners to prevent rust and corrosion allowing for years of trouble free service with very little maintenance.

These flag poles are installed using a steel foundation tube which includes lightning spike and support plate and considered to be a permanent installation.

STANDARD ACCESSORIES PROVIDED WITH CAM CLEAT FLAG POLES

FINIAL:	6" Gold Ball constructed from 14 gauge spun aluminum with a gold anodized and a tight lap joint.
TRUCK:	Cast aluminum stationary internal halyard truck with aluminum pulleys and stainless steel pins.
HALYARD:	5/16" Braided Nylon Halyard with 2 included chrome plated cast bronze snaps and vinyl snap covers that allow for one flag.
BEADED BALL SLING:	Prevents the flag from being pulled away from flag pole in strong winds.
CAM CLEAT:	A manually operated, spring loaded cam that is "grips" the rope to it hold place. Accessed through a lockable laser cut door.
BASE COLLAR:	Constructed from light gauge spun aluminum and finished to match flag poles finish. Base collars protect the sand that is used to hold the flag pole in the foundation tube from washing away.
GROUND SLEEVE:	Corrugated steel with support plate and lightning rod.
FINISH:	Standard finish is an 80 grit brushed satin.
