Shipping Policies:

Terms of "Free Shipping" offer:

We will pay standard ground shipping charges on all products to business and residential addresses located within the Continental United States. Additional charges may apply if address is located on an island, considered to be in a remote area. If additional charges apply, we will notify you by email or phone prior to shipping order.

Alaska and Hawaii customers:

We regularly work with customers in Alaska, Hawaii and in other countries who wish to arrange their own shipping from a given point in the Continental United States to their finial location. Please call us or email us for more information.

Tracking your order:

We are currently unable to provide automated tracking information. In the event that you do not receive your order in a timely manner, usually within 5 to 7 business days, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-783-7653 to assist you.

Flag Pole Orders:

Flag Poles, due to their excessive length and relative light weight, are shipped by truck freight and very susceptible to damage by forklifts, shifting and other freight.  It is very important that all of the packaging be inspected for signs of damage and that all pieces (i.e. shaft, carton and foundation tube) are accounted for. ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING PIECES MUST BE REPORTED TO THE DRIVER AND NOTED ON BILL OF LADING. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can start work on arrangements to remedy the situation.

All trucking companies will require an adult to be present to accept delivery during normal business hours. We will make every effort to contact you with the PRO# (Tracking Number), the expected delivery day and the phone number of the local terminal. We suggest that you call the terminal on the morning of the expected delivery day to verify that your freight is out for delivery. We cannot make any guarantees as to the time or day of delivery.
