Dome Collar for 8" Butt Diameter Flag Pole

8" Shaft base collars are made from spun aluminum with a standard brushed satin finish. Designed to carry water away from the flag poles foundation sleeve. Opening size is 8-3/16" and outside diameter is 15".  Clear, Bronze, Black, and White Finishes are Powder Coated. Works with Anchor Base Mounting Bolts. Made in the USA.
