Winch type (Cross Reference: IWW, IRW, Deluxe IH Series, ECXXXIH) Internal Halyard flag poles are constructed from all new 6063 aluminum, heat treated to a T6 temper and feature a uniform taper. Our Winch Internal halyard flag poles are manufactured with a reinforced access cover because it prevents failure that commonly occurs when doors are laser cut and hinged. The crank type stainless steel cable concealed halyard system deters flag theft and vandalism that is more common when flags are flown 24 hours a day and there is a limited presence of people, such as businesses, schools, industrial zones, government offices and parks. The winch system allows the flag to be raised and lowered using a crank which requires less effort that manually operated systems, especially on larger flag poles that fly very large flags.
