Standard Collar for 10" Flag Pole Shaft10" shaft base collars are made from spun aluminum with a standard brushed satin finish. Designed to carry water away from the flag poles foundation sleeve. Opening size is 10-3/16" and diameter is 17.5". Other finishes available for additional charge, see below. Made in the USA.
