Standard Collar for 5-1/2" Flag Pole Shaft5-1/2" shaft base collars are made from spun aluminum with a standard brushed satin finish. Designed to carry water away from the flag poles foundation sleeve. Opening size is 5-11/16" and diameter is 12.5". Other finishes available for additional charge, see below. Made in the USA.
