9" Heavy Duty Revolving style truck for external halyard flag poles. Cast aluminum, threaded to fit standard 1-1/4 in. pipe thread. For Use on Flag Poles up to 9 inch top diameter. Double aluminum pulleys. Tapped for 1/2 X 13NC finial. Made in the USA. Painted to match all finishes except satin.
